The Boldt Company has contracted ESS to administer new hire, random, and post accident drug testing to all employees that are or will be working on the Southwest Power Station Unit 2 for City Utilities of Springfield, MO. So far in 2008, nearly 550 drug screenings have been preformed on site. The project is expected to last two years.
