In Early October 2008, KCP&L scheduled a power outage at the Iatan I power station. During this time, ESS was instrumental by conducting nearly 700 on site drug tests in a two month period, with 212 people being tested the first day. ESS sent six collectors to meet the needs for the testing. The scheduled outage was a success.
