Employee Screening Services of Missouri was created to provide testing and compliance needs related to Department of Transportation. Program administration and testing services were offered primarily at client locations and the company quickly grows to serve clients along the I-44 corridor from Springfield, MO to Rolla, MO.
Ownership transferred to Wayne and Jo Scheer.
As a result of rapid growth of drug-free workplace, student testing programs, and expanded onsite testing capabilities were added.
Employee Screening Services of Missouri's regional growth brought the addition of 5 Missouri offices.
Mickey and Linda Moore joined the ownership team.

Tomo Drug Testing acquired Drug and Alcohol Testing in Indianapolis, Indiana, and Knox Laboratory in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
