Mickey Moore is the Owner and CEO of Tomo Drug Testing. Since joining the company in 2007, he has led a multi-state expansion involving two acquisitions, staff growth from 15 to 150 employees, and diversification of services that now include DOT, workplace, student and criminal justice testing for more than 3,000 clients annually. Mickey came to Tomo with ten years of healthcare experience at Mercy-St. John’s Health System in Springfield, MO. During that time, he managed pharmaceutical research trials and assisted in the start-up of St. John’s Foundation for Community Health, raising financial support to further patient and community health initiatives in southwest Missouri. Mickey is a graduate of Drury University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics, and a Master of Business Administration. He is actively involved in church and community organizations and currently serves as President of the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association’s State Affiliate Caucus. In his spare time, Mickey is a high school golf coach, enjoys running and hiking, and loves to travel with his wife and two daughters.
Angela Garrison is President of Tomo Drug Testing. She is responsible for company-wide alignment while leading all departments and functions within Tomo which includes 100 employees in four states. Angela also serves as the Vice President of Business Growth where she is responsible for managing strategic growth that fulfills Tomo’s company vision and purpose. Angela has her master's degree in communications from Drury University. Prior to joining Tomo in 2017 she spent more than ten years in healthcare communications serving in the media relations and research and development departments at St. John’s-Mercy Springfield in addition to assisting with the launch of an antimicrobial burn and wound dressing with Ansell Medical. She and her husband have two children, Eli and Emma. Together they enjoy spending time outdoors, specifically every summer weekend at the lake.
Erin Hoerman is the Vice President of Operations at Tomo Drug Testing. She is responsible for the operational alignment between Testing Services, Client Advocacy, TPA Services, and Scheduling to ensure accurate, efficient and high-quality services to our clients. Erin has her bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Missouri State University. Prior to joining Tomo in 2019, she worked in various roles in management with Sam’s Club for 13 years. For more than 5 years, Erin co-owned and operated Horrmann Meats in Springfield, MO with her husband, Seth. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with Seth. Together they enjoy spending time outdoors, with friends and family or catching a Chiefs game.
Shana Hamilton is a long-time native of Jasper County, Missouri. She attended Missouri Southern State University earning a Batchelor of Science degree in biology. She began working with Tomo in April 2005 serving as a collection technician, and regional manager before becoming an account manager. Shana serves as client liaison and is responsible for developing and maintaining successful client relationships. She assists court programs and businesses with the development and implementation of substance abuse testing programs. She works closely with our operations team to help ensure quality every step of the way. Outside of work, Shana and her husband Dennis enjoy the lake and being outdoors. They actively participate in community and charity as members of the Elk’s Lodge #501 and Elk’s Axillary.
Caleb Stoll is the Senior Testing Manager for Tomo Drug Testing in Springfield, Missouri. Caleb began performing DOT and NON-DOT collections in 2009, and became a certified instructor in 2010. Caleb has been responsible for collector training and compliance for more than 250,000 collections annually over the last five years, and as a member of the leadership team was instrumental in developing Tomo Drug Testing’s standardized training program during its expansion into court and community-based drug testing. Being able to help others is important to Caleb, both through his work in drug testing and his personal life where he volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks. Caleb earned his Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology in 2008 from Missouri State University and currently serves as a member of the Training and Certification Committee for NDASA. Caleb and his wife Amanda have two children, Morgan and Levi. They love to spend time hiking, camping, and being outside. They also love to attend and cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues.
David is responsible for developing the company's technological vision and maturing the enterprise information services capabilities. He plays an integral role in the strategic direction, strategic plan, and oversight of the Information Technology team. David obtained his Master's degree in educational technology and his Bachelor's in business administration from Bemidji State University. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in information technology. David has established a cloud-first (but not cloud-only) strategy, leveraging data-driven decisions for the best outcomes of the business while factoring in scalability, agility, security posture, manageability, and economic effectiveness. He enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and family.
